I don't know if she received her flowers. They were sent as a surprise to a patient. The flower shop notified me that no one was home so they could either leave them or bring them back to the shop and they would have to be picked up by the recipient. That latter was not an option. I have never heard of a florist not trying to redeliver. Unfortunately, I will not use this florist again.
